ASA Ngo Job Circular 2026. ASA Bangladesh, a leader in microfinance, is seeking a Lead System & Network Engineer to manage its enterprise IT systems, servers, storage, and network environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our multi-site infrastructure, connecting the Head Office, Disaster Recovery (DR) site, and hundreds of branch offices nationwide. It also includes managing servers, virtualization platforms, storage systems, and network connectivity, while ensuring business continuity, high availability, and secure operations across all sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise system and network architecture aligned with organizational and business requirements.
- Plan, deploy, and manage LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
- Manage Data Center (DC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) environments, including infrastructure expansion, migration, and upgrade activities.
- Manage servers, virtualization platforms (VMware vCenter/ESXi, Hyper-V), and enterprise storage systems (SAN/NAS).
- Administer core infrastructure services, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Exchange, IIS/web hosting, proxy, and load balancing solutions.
- Manage and maintain network devices (routers, switches, wireless controllers), ensuring secure and reliable connectivity across Head Office, DC, DR, and branch locations.
- Configure and manage enterprise security solutions, including Firewalls, WAF, VPN (Site-to-Site, SSL, Remote Access), IDS/IPS, SIEM, DLP, and PAM.
- Implement advanced security measures such as SSL inspection, DDoS protection, and threat prevention; ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory standards.
- Plan, implement, and monitor enterprise backup and recovery solutions (e.g., Commvault), ensuring data integrity and successful restoration.
- Ensure DR replication, synchronization, and failover readiness; conduct periodic DR drills and business continuity testing.
- Monitor system and network performance, availability, and capacity; analyze trends and recommend optimization and upgrades.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, SOPs, configuration records, and change management logs.
